The holiday cottage for 4 to 6 people was created in a stone barn on the opposite bank of the stream from the mill, with a separate entrance directly off the road. There is a small private garden in front to enjoy the sun. The entire cottage is on a single level, with a large living room and a completely equipped kitchen corner; one bedroom with a large double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a spare bed. A convertible sofa in the living room may be used if necessary. A baby cot is available. There is a toilet and a spacious bathroom, as well as plenty of storage space. A garden table and chairs and a barbecue on the terrace will be pleasant on sunny days. A wood stove offers pleasant warmth on cooler evenings, while under-floor heating will ensure your comfort indoors during autumn or winter. Sheets and towels can be provided upon request. Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.
Since we are concerned about the ecological impact of our activities, we have equipped the mill and the cottage with solar water heaters, a wood-burning heating furnace for the mill and a heat-pump for the cottage and of course, efficient insulation using ecological materials. The water supply is from our own source and sewage is treated on site by a microstation. We therefore ask our guests to save water, to use ecological products that we supply for washing, washing up and cleaning and to be careful not to waste water. Please do not throw anything into the toilet. We also ask for help with sorting and recycling refuse. If you have any suggestions for improving the ecological quality of the site, we would be glad to hear them!
